What can I use the non-slip shower mat for?

You can use our non-slip shower mats in the shower. By using an anti-slip layer in the shower, serious accidents and permanent injuries are prevented.

Does the shower mat have an odor?

No. It is of course important to wash the shower mat every few times, so that no unpleasant odors can arise.

Can the shower mat be washed?

Sure. It can be washed in the washing machine at 30 degrees.

What are the costs of shipping?

We do not charge shipping costs above an order amount of €49 or more. Otherwise we will charge €3.95 for this.

Will I receive a confirmation when my order has been shipped?

We will send you an order confirmation within one hour. If something went wrong, please feel free to contact our customer service.

What is your delivery time?

Orders ordered before 13.00 means a safe shower tomorrow evening 😉

How can I return an order?

If you are not completely satisfied, we would like to hear the reason for the return. You can then send an email to contact@sani-com.nl.

If you have a complaint about our product and / or our service (which we obviously do not assume 😊), you can send an email to contact@sani-com.nl. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 working days of receipt of your complaint.
